About
What this is
FUKKT is an independent publishing project exploring contemporary culture, creativity, and the systems that quietly shape everyday life. It operates as a living archive: part notebook, part signal log, part storefront. Some entries are sharp. Some are incomplete. That’s intentional.
The site is not organized around optimism, outrage, or productivity. It’s organized around attention—what’s noticed, what’s ignored, and what keeps repeating.
Why it exists
This project began as a way to consolidate scattered interests into a single, durable structure. Writing, visual work, artifacts, observations, and experiments now live in one place rather than across disposable platforms.
FUKKT is an acronym—Fresh, Unbound, Kinetic, Kaleidoscopic, Tessellated—but it functions less as branding and more as a constraint system: material should move, fracture, recombine, and resist flattening.
What you’ll find here
- Archive — Essays, fragments, and visual works that document cultural drift, contradictions, and recurring patterns.
- Ledger — Short-form observations, signals, and assessments. Less commentary, more notation.
- Objects — Physical artifacts and apparel that extend ideas into the real world. Not merch-as-promo, but objects-as-record.
- Experiments — One-offs, tests, and pieces that may not repeat.
Not everything connects immediately. Over time, patterns emerge.
About the author
FUKKT is created and maintained by Sebastian Vivar. Artist by practice, systems-thinker by habit. The work sits somewhere between visual art, cultural analysis, and product—without committing fully to any one lane.
There is no attempt here to build a personal brand or perform authority. The role is closer to curator, recorder, and occasionally participant.
Positioning (plainly stated)
- This is not a lifestyle publication.
- This is not news.
- This is not motivational.
- This is not neutral.
The project assumes that most cultural systems are partially broken, financially motivated, or operating on lag. It documents those conditions without promising solutions.
Access & support
Some content is public. Some is reserved for subscribers.
Subscribing supports the continuation of the project and grants full access to the archive as it grows. No algorithms. No feeds. Just a private library that accumulates over time.
If you don’t subscribe, nothing breaks. If you do, you’re funding the ability to keep this independent.
Operating principle
Observe first. Label sparingly. Preserve contradictions. Avoid closure.
If that sounds useful—or at least tolerable—you’re in the right place.
